The project touches in its way upon several overlapping issues such as planning in a vague legal framework, structural changes in housing and land ownership, and various types of spatial abuse within a stringent economic and social framework. The project indirectly discusses a notion of „reconstruction,“ given the dynamics of the transitions that occurred in Bosnia and Herzegovina before, during and after the war.
